How Our Process Works

Aqua Pulsar's patented technology is a Hyper Oxidation process that generates multi oxidants directly in the effluent by using electricity to oxidize organic and inorganic contaminants.

By applying  an electric field between Non-sacrificial electrodes, using our innovative design,  high voltage current energy pulses are generated directly into contaminated water at a controlled frequency.  Our unique geometry electrodes and reactor design allows us to treat effluent regardless of salinity.

Multiple oxidants generated during the treatment process attack bacteria colonies.

AquaPulsar maintains 1-5 ppm of left over oxidants in the treated water. These oxidants confirm complete disinfection and ensures there is no regrowth of bacteria in treated water. 

The results are as follows:

  • General heterotrophic bacteria (GHB) reduced to ‘zero“

  • Acid producing bacteria (APB) reduced to “zero“

  • Sulfur reducing bacteria (SRB) reduced to “zero“

  • Free chlorine residual persisted for over 3-days with samples in transit
